Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For tours cancelled at any time, the 20% deposit is non-refundable and will be withheld by Guides of Jackson Hole.
For tours cancelled 14 days or LESS prior to the date of the tour, the entire cost of the tour will be withheld by Guides of Jackson Hole.
In the event of a no-show, there will be no refund.
Our tours go out rain or shine! If it is raining or snowing, we will not cancel the tour as the animals and thermal features are still active and visible during the rain/snow.
